OUTFIELDERS’ COMMUNITY GARDEN

Our Mission is that our garden will be a place for individuals and families to grow organic food, build community and create a closer relationship to the food we eat and the land we live on.

The Outfielders’ Community Garden is sponsored by Sierra Vista Community Center and is located in the heart of Colfax, at 55 School Street. Our garden has 26 beds where members grow a variety of organic vegetables, fruits and flowers.

Our garden is sustained by our members and generous local businesses and non-profits who also find the value in our mission and understand the importance of community gardens.

Would you like to be part of Outfielders’ Community Garden? Inquire about garden space available with the Sierra Vista Manager during business hours. If all plots are occupied this year, we invite you to get on the waiting list for next year.
